Case Impact
Partner(s)

Bernice Lin Xiangting

Initiative

Group art therapy for dementia patients

Period

From March 2020

Outcome

The Art Therapy Toolkit is adapted from Rippling Conversations. The toolkit is designed as a new creative tool for patients to express themselves, and for the facilitator to gain a better understanding of their patients during group art therapy sessions. Through the process, the toolkit would also assist in improving communication and fostering group dynamics. A pilot study was conducted recently at a residential care facility.
